Actor Alan Young, the one and only voice of Jack Allen on Adventures in Odyssey for eighteen years, has passed away. He appears in nearly 100 episodes and his exceptional voice talent will live on for as long as people still listen to AIO. Besides playing the beloved, calm and gracious grandfatherly character Jack Allen, you'll also recognize him as Donovan, Jason's boss at the NSA in the epic two-parter A Name, Not a Number (Album 22), the Mystic Mountain Lion in The Great Wishy Woz (Album 35), and Mr. Welch in It's a Pokenberry Christmas (Album 31).
