Adventures in Odyssey albums have had many iterations of cover artwork over the years. In more recent times artist Gary Locke has taken over, redoing the art for all the old albums and giving the AIO a consistent look. This has kept the album art looking fresh, despite the fact that the show has been running for over thirty years now. But sometimes it takes a few tries to get the art just right. For example, Gary Locke has done multiple versions of Album 2: The Wildest Summer Ever and Album 5: Daring Deeds, Sinister Schemes. In our latest editorial, A Change of Art, we discuss a number of album covers that could be updated to better reflect the albums they represent. What would make the perfect cover for Album 1: The Adventure Begins? What about something to replace the random swimming pool party that shows up on Album 55: The Deep End or something good to introduce the beginning of the Novacom Saga on Album 35: The Big Picture? Check out our ideas in Editorial 36.
