The Blackgaard Chronicles
Evil has a name and it’s Dr. Regis Blackgaard! The small town of Odyssey will never be the same! When a man named Dr. Regis Blackgaard arrives to build an “amusement house for kids,” chaos and danger follow him. A top-secret government computer program is unleashed at Whit’s End. Tom Riley’s barn burns to the ground. And that’s just the beginning of the schemes that Dr. Blackgaard has planned for Odyssey and John Avery Whittaker.

Despite Whit's warnings of secrecy, Connie and Eugene "accidentally" load a forbidden program on the central computer at Whit's End.

Jason Whittaker, on his last mission for the National Security Agency, helps Tasha Forbes fight Mustafa and Red Scorpion to stop the threat of global biological terrorism. Meanwhile, Dr. Regis Blackgaard shows up again seeming to be on the "good side".

293: A Code of Honor
Jack Allen and Jason Whittaker come across information about a secret group lead by Whit called "The Israelites". Upon further investigation they meet with one of the members: Billy McPherson.
324: Small Fires, Little Pools
Vandalism hits Odyssey, including Whit's End. Sam Johnson and Lucy Cunningham-Schultz have their bikes stolen (and then Sam's is returned). Bart criticizes Mayor Tom Riley for all the vandalism.
325: Angels Unaware
Jack Allen, Billy McPherson and Sam Johnson start up the Israelites, a "good gang". Butch is recruited as a spy on the bad guys and diffuses a few of their plots. Lucy and Connie try to figure out what's going on with Sam and Jack.
326: Gathering Thunder
The Bones of Wrath are behind the vandalism and Butch is used as a spy to give information to Jack's "good" gang: "The Israelites". But when Butch is caught and beaten up by the Bones' new leader Jellyfish, Jack disbands the group.
327: Moving Targets
Jason returns to Odyssey and is interested in opening the underground tunnel as a display. A state inspector must be called, who turns out to be Professor Bovril and Philip Glossman, who insist they will have to investigate a "mineral" in the tunnel. Jason learns about the Israelites and is determined to start them up again, which causes Jack to quit his job at Whit's End.
328: Hard Losses
Tom Riley is confronted with evidence that he was bought out by Edgebiter Chemical Company, a company that seemed to pollute his land. Richard Maxwell shows up to tell Tom that he believes Blackgaard is behind all of the trouble, but Tom won't listen. After Jellyfish talks to Glossman, Richard runs into him. The city council votes to recall Tom.
329: The Return
A new mayoral candidate has entered the race to replace Tom Riley...Dr. Regis Blackgaard! And unfortunately for Whit's End and the town of Odyssey, he's receiving a lot of support! Edwin Blackgaard leaves town as his brother returns. Jason visits Blackgaard, but Blackgaard records the conversation to piece together later. The city council closes Whit's End.
330: The Time Has Come
Eugene creates a search program in the Imagination Station to search for information about the history of Whit's End. But to test the program, he uses the search engine on his own history.
331: Checkmate
Dr. Blackgaard and company take over the Harlequin and Jason puts the Israelites back together to stop the havoc in Odyssey. Then, just as Eugene is discovering the truth...a surprise attack causes the Imagination Station to crash!
332: Another Chance
Rodney Rathbone tells Richard Maxwell about a laptop computer that may contain valuable information about Blackgaard's plans for Odyssey.
334: The Final Conflict
After Jason tells Jack about Dr. Blackgaard's endgame, Jason sets plans into motion to arrest Bart Rathbone and Philip Glossman. Meanwhile, Jack Allen corners Dr. Blackgaard in the Underground Railroad tunnel.
