If Album 57: A Call to Something More was airing this spring instead of this fall, its cover would have been released long ago. But since the album will be available for download in August, we're only getting our first look at Gary Locke's artwork now. It is unknown when the finished back cover design will be released online. The album has a yellow border, the first time this has happened since the Gold Audio Series. This new piece of artwork features Connie Kendall sitting on the floor, looking at a photo album and surrounded by things from her childhood, including a picture of her parents before they were divorced. This gives credibility to the rumor we reported on earlier about Connie's dad, Bill Kendall, possibly returning in this next album. It also points to the Connie storyline the producers have already told us would be coming in Album 57. This album's official summary has not been released. Why is Connie suddenly going through her old things? Has something tragic happened to one of her parents? We'll just have to wait and see what Album 57 brings. All we know now is that it has the theme of "trusting God in life." Click on the image to see it at a higher resolution.
